I specialise in photographing couples who are down to earth and just want to have fun on their wedding day. Whether it’s a traditional church ceremony or outdoor elopement – my approach doesn’t change. My style is a mixture of documentary and nostalgic timeless story telling. In order to get truly natural photos. Story telling is important to me and as your day unfolds your new chapter begins. The art of storytelling is an essential aspect in my photography. Capturing the unique narrative of a couple’s special day involves telling their story in a way that truly brings it to life. The real challenge lies in creating a visual representation that reflects the emotions, deep connections, and fleeting moments that define a wedding day. Achieving this requires an approach that feels genuine, heartfelt, and profoundly emotive, allowing the essence of their love and celebration to be beautifully preserved forever.
I love to get to know you, once we have met and chatted you will hopefully feel as though I am more of a friend than a hired photographer on your wedding day! I will be on hand to offer advice in the build up, please feel free to ask me anything!
Wedding & Elopement Timeline
1. Check Availability
If you have seen my work and read a little about me and my approach and would love to enquire, the next step is Click here and complete the form to inquire about my availability. I will respond within 48 hours; if you don’t see my reply, please check your spam or junk folder.
2. Online Meeting
Once we have agreed to a date I would love to meet you both we can organise a video or telephone call to discuss your wedding / elopement plans and get to know you a little. I want to be a familiar face on your wedding day so you feel completely at ease resulting in natural photos! This is the time when I can answer any questions you may have about the wedding photography or your special day in general.
3. Contract
Once you are 100% happy to go ahead, I will send over everything you need to secure your date. This includes an online contract, basic information questionnaire and a deposit invoice. All of the formal documents will state your names, date and venue of your wedding. You will be able to access these documents anytime during the lead up to your wedding / elopement. Please note, your date is not secure until the deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed.
4. Your Wedding Day
A month before your wedding, you'll receive an online questionnaire covering timings, addresses, contacts, and group photo details. You can email me or add notes if needed. On the day, I'll be there to help everything run smoothly—offering advice, assisting keeping to schedule. I’ll organize group photos, often with help from a bridesmaid or groomsman, making you feel supported like a friend, not just a photographer. If you’ve booked an engagement session, we’ll start planning locations and dates . If not, I’ll guide you through other details as your day approaches.
